SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS(tasting note):
Very aromatic vinegar with concentrated lemon juice, with a pale yellow colour. It is presented as an extraordinarily “fruity” vinegar, with citrus touches coming from the lemon. In this vinegar the delicate aromas of the young wines are twinned with the citric aroma and taste.
MARINATE:
As a pairing is recommended for salads, fruit salads, fish and white meats.
