Balsamic Vinegar Reduction with Moscatel

This reduction is obtained in a traditional way, over a low heat from the Moscatel vinegar. It is made in a closed concentrator so that no aroma is lost, giving the final product the same aroma as the Moscatel vinegar.



The reduction of vinegar of Moscatel is at sight dark mahogany, to the nose it is persistent and soft nuances to moscatel, it is extraordinarily aromatic with a bittersweet taste.



As a dressing is recommended for use with grilled foie gras, meat, ice cream, fresh cheese, salads.
