Sweet or Balsamic Vinegar with Moscatel Sotolongo
It is a sweet vinegar made following the oxidative method of fermentation, fermentation that takes place in wine from the Moscatel grape. It is one of the most noble and accessible grape varieties. Thanks to a selection of the best Moscatel wines and wort, this balsamic vinegar is born. An exceptionally balanced, fresh, subtle and unmistakably defined vinegar.
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS (tasting note):
The Balsamic vinegar with moscatel is a clear, bright and amber color sight, on the nose it is intense, pungent and with notes of moscatel wine and white flowers, it is extraordinarily aromatic, with a slightly sweet, liqueur, smooth and balanced flavor in mouth.
As a dressing is recommended for salads, dried fruit salads and blue fish.
