It is a very dark mahogany colour to the eye, tasty and very rich in nuances to the nose, extraordinarily aromatic. It also presents a harmonious set of aromas of dried fruits: nuts, figs, sultanas, dates, etc., and on the palate it has a bittersweet balance that makes it a surprising vinegar.
